Agata ("Aggie") Pijanowski, a Law Clerk at Knauf Shaw, works in all the Firm's practice areas with a focus on environmental litigation.

Aggie joined Knauf Shaw as a law clerk in May 2022, and worked here while she was finishing her degree at the University at Buffalo School of Law, graduating in May 2023. While in law school Agata concentrated her course work in environmental law.

Aggie’s commitment to clients and advocacy is highlighted in the almost 500 hours of pro bono experience she received in law school while working for the Environmental Advocacy Clinic. In addition to the Environmental Advocacy clinic, she worked on the Puerto Rico Recovery Legal Assistance Clinic and the Animal Law Clinic. Agata was also an associate on the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review during her 2L year.

Outside of the office, Aggie enjoys gardening, working on home renovations, planning her wedding, playing soccer and running.
