Environmental Law Course
Alan J. Knauf,
a partner in Knauf Shaw LLP, has taught Environmental
Law for many years as an adjunct professor, first at the University of Rochester, and now at Rochester
Institute of Technology. He has made his Lecture Notes from this course (last updated in summer of 2005)
available through the New York Virtual
Environmental Law Center. The course is a survey of New York
State and federal environmental laws and regulations, and common law and
procedural principles as they relate to environmental issues.
